Sept Birthdays, Amazing Jake's

Amazing Jake's

We had a gift card and finally decided that a double birthday would be a great time to use it :)

Lucky Charms for breakfast
and a few presents to open
Good morning sunshine to Casey!
They're not at all excited for the Minnion piñata
A surprise visit from the girls to Casey's work to bring goodies and balloons.
Brooklyn was cracking me up on her commentary going around to see all the animals. She LOVES animals.

Dinosaur Museum:
After CJ got out of school, we picked up his buddy Carson and headed to the Dinosaur Museum
(which is kinda funny that both Payton and CJ celebrated their 5th birthdays at this museum)

So fun that when we were at Carson's house, they had a donut cake for CJ to blow out candles. How sweet!!

Dinner at Rainforest Café:
We'd never been here before, and the food actually wasn't the greatest ever, especially for the price, but we realized you definitely pay for the environment.
Which was INCREDIBLE. I loved it. The animals all moving and making noise every few minutes.

 These stools were so fun.
Where'd the frogs go?

Party:
Before the party started, CJ got to try out his new floatie space ship with built in water guns,
plus he got to try out his new bike we got him (off craigslist)

The Gardner's got CJ this fun Monster's Inc slip n slide and set it up for the party.

I found these small noodle type things with LED lights inside. It didn't occur to me till later, that they might not actually be water resistant, but we used them and nobody got shocked, so that's good, ha ha
I asked the boys to write kids' names on the bags for when the piñata candy busted out, and then noticed how adorable Payton's bag was. Seriously, isn't that impressive??? His little Minnion is awesome! He's totally a better artist than I am, and he's 7!

We laughed that the only spot where the candy busted out from, was the bum of the minion.

Happy 5th and 32nd birthday to my Caseys!!!
