February

I can't get enough of this little girl's "cheese" face, ha ha.

I was getting out some snow clothes for my brother's fam to borrow, and the boys saw our snowball makers. They decided to fill them with water, and freeze it, making an iceball :)

My little peanut thinking she's big enough to wear a backpack and go to school like her brothers :)

Ok, this video seriously cracks me up. It's the first time Brooklyn's seeing/holding our newest pet, another guinea pig, and she keeps LOLing about it. Like laughing this really loud laugh. So silly.

Ok, so I had a birthday this month, and got within 1 year of being 30, aaaahhh!! Anyway :) I just have to give a shoutout to having great friends.
I had a baby shower to go to, and then my sweet Lia girl asked if we could go out to lunch. As we're walking up to Paradise, I noticed another girl from our ward, and then looked around at her table, and there's 2 more girls, plus these balloons. They totally planned a surprise little lunch date! How cute is that?! I felt so loved...

Brooklyn sporting her adorable new necklace Melis made her.

Us making some faces together:
Happy
Mad
Surprised! ha ha
It was a good day, except that I felt horribly sick, and decided to go to church anyway, which was an even worse mistake, because I forgot to take Sudafed beforehand, and my sinus pressure headache was almost unbearable. It hurt. So. Bad. Plus I couldn't hear out of my clogged ears, and kept wiping my nose. Miserable. Thank goodness I was able to get some drugs in me to enjoy my birthday dinner, ha ha :)

I loved having my house all decorated with birthday and valentine's stuff

Love these pics my cousin Melissa took.

January...

January 9th brought our 9 year anniversary
Man do I love this kid :)

We went out to dinner
And then Casey rented out a theater for us to watch Les Mis!
Not really, but the theater was empty when we got there so I pretended :)
A few people snuck in right before it started.
So good. Cried a lot, but so good.

One day in January I got a text from my dad with a picture of a pile of leaves that said,
"ready to be played in"
So we headed over and had ourselves a blast.

CJ got some money from Grandpa Freeman and bought his own gum. So happy.

We had such a fun baby shower for Emily's little girl.
The 6 kinds of popcorn and 3 kinds of Bruschetta turned out sooo good. Yum!
And Debbie decorated beautifully.

Payton had to take a bunch of stuff in for his turn at being Star Student. He really wanted a picture with his siblings and his pets. So this was the best one.
Payton with Zul the Bearded Dragon. CJ with Ginny the Guinea Pig. Brooklyn with Penny (sort of)

First time ever painting B's fingernails. I've painted her toes lots, but not fingers. She just sat there so enthralled in what I was doing, she was great! I was so excited to paint them more often!
(However, I tried the 2nd time, and it was horrible. She screamed and cried, I tried to bribe her, to no avail. So, oh well.)

Finally got on video her mad face. So cute.
She now also has a surprise face that's adorable too.
