It was a great baptism day yesterday for Payton.
It was a stake baptism, and 3 boys were getting baptized, Payton was the only one from our ward. He had a lot of family come, the primary presidency, and even his primary teachers, Bro and Sis McClure.
Bekah played the piano while the grandkids sang the "Rainbow" song.
Peter talked about superheroes and the powers that they have. He related it to the Holy Ghost and all the powers that He has, and how he is real and can help Payton throughout his life. It was a great talk! Payton loved it and totally related to it :)
During the Confirmation, Casey blessed Payton to be sensitive to the Spirit, that the Holy Ghost will be of great comfort to him in times of distress in his life, and for him to be a good example to others.
Our Primary Presidency gave Payton this CTR baptism towel.
It was a great day!
Then some of us went to Krazy Sub after for dinner, and I brought rice crispy treats with M&Ms in them, although I left 1/3 of it plain because Payt doesn't love chocolate :)
