Oregon Part 2

Coast:
The coast was SO beautiful!

The guys went crabbing off the pier, caught a bunch, and had a blast.

It was so windy, so while the boys finished up crabbing, we went to this little visitor science center place and looked around.

At the beach it was so huge, beautiful, and WINDY!!!! Brooklyn actually got blown over once, ha ha

I loved seeing the lighthouse. Totally postcard perfect

Seals!

The black pebble beach was way harder to walk in than I would've thought. While we were sitting there, Brooklyn decided to keep some rocks and bring home to her brothers. Of course, after we made the trek of stairs back to the top, I notice a sign that says, "No removing rocks from the beach" ha ha. Oops. Brooklyn's busted!

Aquarium:
Kim has a membership to the Aquarium, so we thought we'd go. Apparently some other people had the same idea. Holy cow the line was long!! (we figured out it was because of the 4th of July weekend)
But such a cute, fun place with lots to see and explore.

One of my favorite was the shark tank/tunnel. So cool to see them right above you!

I also thought the seals were so cute :)

Waterfall:
I don't think I've ever seen so many shades of green, till we were in Oregon. So lush and green everywhere!
Huge trees made me feel tiny!
It was a perfect day for a hike to the waterfall, sunny and warm.

I can't remember why, but Casey threw his water bottle into the stream, so Lance got in to rescue it.
Brook was sad that I wouldn't let her get in the cold water.
Kent was such a happy trooper!

Brooklyn did a great job, and walked for the majority of it, which is a lot for little legs.

I'd totally go there again. Loved it.
Oregon was beautiful and Lance and Kim were amazing hosts and tour guides. It was so fun to hang out with them and see where they lived during their vet school years.
Oregon is awesome!!
